🔹 Warranty Coverage:

Spare Parts: 1 year,
Motor: 1 year,
After Sales Services: 1 year.

🔹 What is Covered: 

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Faulty components like the compressor, inverter, motherboard, or other internal parts. Repair or replacement will be provided free of charge during the warranty period. 

🔹 What is NOT Covered:

Damage due to mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, color fading). Damage caused by power fluctuations, water exposure, or natural disasters. Consumable parts (e.g., filters, bulbs) unless faulty at delivery. 

🔹 How to Claim Warranty Service:

Keep your original purchase receipt/invoice safe. Contact a Gree authorized service center or dealer. Provide product model, serial number, and issue description. The service center will verify and provide repair or replacement as per warranty terms. 🔹 Important Terms & Conditions:

Warranty is valid only in Bangladesh and through authorized dealers. Any repair by an unauthorized technician may void the warranty. Registration with the service center is recommended for faster service.
