- Dhaka Metropolitan Area: 1-3 business days
- Other Major Cities: 2-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political disruptions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your location and the total value of your order:
- Orders above BDT 5,000: Free delivery across Bangladesh
- Orders below BDT 5,000: A standard delivery charge of BDT 100-300 applies, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our Order Tracking page.
Order Packaging
- All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately.
Delivery Policy
- We require a valid delivery address and contact number to ensure successful delivery.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery at no extra charge.
- For failed deliveries due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
International Shipping
