Warranty Policy
This product includes a 1-year official Vivo warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. To claim warranty service, please visit the nearest Vivo Authorized Service Center with your valid purchase invoice. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery with proof of purchase
- Condition: Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Defective Products: Eligible for exchange or refund after inspection
