Warranty Policy
The TOTOLINK X6000R AX3000 Dual-Band Gigabit Router is covered by a limited lifetime warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. The warranty excludes damage from power surges, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. For assistance, contact TOTOLINK customer support or your authorized dealer.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective
products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection. Shipping costs
for returns are non-refundable unless due to product defects. Contact
