Warranty Policy
Ignite & Burner: Covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Spare Parts: Covered for 1 year.
After-Sales Service: Free service for 1 year, but only at Jamuna’s authorized service centers.
Additionally, there is a 1-year limited warranty that specifically covers manufacturing defects and gas-related malfunctions under normal household use. Note that this warranty:
* Excludes damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
* Requires proof of purchase to be valid.
Jamuna reserves the right to repair or replace the product within the warranty period.
Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window: 7 days from delivery with proof of purchase
- Condition: Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Defective Products: Eligible for exchange or refund after inspection
- Shipping Costs: Customer bears return shipping unless the product is defective
