Warranty Policy
HP provides a 1 year limited warranty for the HP LaserJet Pro 4003dn Single Function Monochrome Laser Printer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase may be required. HP will repair or replace the printer at no cost if found defective during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-HP supplies. Consumable parts, such as toner cartridges, are covered separately under HP’s warranty for consumables. This warranty is non-transferable and valid in the country of purchase. For service, contact HP Customer Support. HP reserves the right to change this policy without notice.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
