Warranty Policy
The Golden Field GF-M500 Professional 6D Wired Gaming Mouse is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Proof of purchase required. Golden Field will repair or replace defective units. Cable, buttons, and sensor are covered; normal wear and tear not included.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
