Warranty Coverage

All products sold by SmartView come with manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer:

• Electronics: Typically 1-2 years manufacturer warranty
• Computers & Laptops: 1-3 years parts and service warranty
• Mobile Devices: 1 year manufacturer warranty
• Accessories: 6 months to 1 year warranty

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Hardware failures under normal use conditions
• Parts replacement for defective components
• Labor costs for authorized repairs

What's NOT Covered

• Physical damage from accidents, drops, or misuse
• Liquid damage or water exposure
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear (cosmetic damage, battery degradation)
• Software issues or virus infections
• Damage from power surges or improper voltage
• Products with tampered or removed serial numbers

How to Claim Warranty

1. Check Eligibility: Verify your product is within warranty period
2. Gather Documents: Keep original invoice/receipt and warranty card ready
3. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team
4. Product Inspection: Bring product to authorized service center
5. Assessment: Technician will evaluate the issue (1-3 business days)

• Repair Time: 5-15 business days (depending on parts availability)

Refund Process
