This product comes with a 7-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery. If the remote is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, you may request a replacement. Please note:
- Warranty covers hardware malfunctions under normal usage.
- Physical damage, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
- Batteries are not included and are not covered under warranty.

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all included documentation.
- Refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects or if the product is not as described.
- Physical damage, water exposure, or misuse will void eligibility for refund.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
