Warranty Policy
A4Tech provides a one-year limited warranty for the LP15 2.4G Wireless Laser Pen against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase and applies only to the original buyer. A4Tech will repair or replace the defective product free of charge. Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling is not covered. The warranty does not include batteries or cosmetic wear. Service must be performed by A4Tech or authorized agents. This warranty is valid in the country of purchase and excludes incidental or consequential damages.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
