We do NOT offer refunds for Xiaomi TV Bluetooth Remotes. Only replacements are provided if the product has a manufacturing defect within 7 Day of purchase.
Replacement Conditions:
- Product has a factory defect.
- Issue reported within the warranty period.
- Original invoice is provided.
No Refund or Replacement for:
Physical damage
Water damage
Misuse or accidental drops
