Warranty Policy
TP-Link provides a 2 Year limited warranty for the TL-SL1226P switch, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use. The warranty includes technical support, repair, or replacement of faulty units. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, subject to TP-Link’s return and service policies.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
