Warranty Policy
The TP-Link TL-SG1024D 24-Port Gigabit Desktop/Rackmount Switch comes with a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. It does not include damage from misuse, power surges, or unauthorized modifications. A valid proof of purchase is required to access TP-Link’s warranty support services.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
