This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. Customers must keep the original warranty card and purchase invoice to claim warranty services. For any warranty-related support or service requests, please contact TCL Customer Care at 09678172737. Star Tech will not bear any warranty claims. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under this warranty.
