The Rapoo VH360 Wired Gaming Headphone includes a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. To claim warranty service or replacement, customers must provide valid proof of purchase within the warranty period.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
