Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
- Product seal/packaging must not be broken (for certain categories)
Non-Returnable Items
- Software products and digital downloads
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on product page
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Customized or personalized items
Refund Process
- Request Return: Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Return Approval: Our team will review and approve your return request
- Ship Product: Pack the product securely and ship it back to us
- Inspection: We'll inspect the returned product (1-3 business days)
- Refund: Once approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
- Mobile Banking: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free return shipping if product is defective or wrong item sent
- Customer bears return shipping cost for change of mind
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement subject to product availability
- Free replacement for manufacturing defects
- Replacement processed within 7-14 business days
