Residential Use Warranty
For household use, Jamuna provides extended coverage to support everyday cooling needs. The compressor is covered for 10 years, ensuring long-lasting cooling efficiency and dependable operation. The refrigerator door is covered for 3 years, protecting against manufacturing defects under normal use. All spare parts are covered for 4 years, allowing easy replacement of essential components if required. In addition, after-sales service support is available for 5 years, including technical assistance and servicing as per Jamuna’s service policy.
Commercial Use Warranty
For commercial or business use, the warranty period is adjusted to reflect higher operational demand. The compressor is covered for 4 years, while the door carries a 1-year warranty. Spare parts are covered for 2 years, and after-sales service support is provided for 2 years from the date of purchase.
General Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and normal usage. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, voltage fluctuations, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs. Cosmetic damages and consumable items may be excluded. Warranty claims must be supported by a valid purchase invoice or warranty card and are subject to Jamuna’s standard terms and conditions.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
