🔹 Warranty Coverage:
Battery Warranty: 1 year
After Sales Services: 1 year.
🔹 What is Covered:
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Faulty components like the compressor, inverter, motherboard, or other internal parts. Repair or replacement will be provided free of charge during the warranty period.
🔹 What is NOT Covered:
Under the following conditions, the warranty would not be provided:
• UPS burning due to thunder, abnormal overload, insect entrance and others.
• If ambient temperature should not be maintained at 20 to 26 degrees Celsius with proper dehumidification. (24/7)
• If the product is placed in a dusty and damp place.
• In the absence of Generator connectivity without proper battery charge, the warranty will be void.
• Battery swelling and overcharging due to the wrong system voltage setting of the UPS.
🔹 How to Claim Warranty Service:
Keep your original purchase receipt/invoice safe. Contact a Hikvision authorized service center or dealer. Provide product model, serial number, and issue description. The service center will verify and provide repair or replacement as per warranty terms. 🔹 Important Terms & Conditions:
