Epson provides a 03 years limited warranty for the EcoTank M1170 Monochrome Wi-Fi Inkjet Printer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Epson will repair or replace the printer free of charge if found defective. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-genuine ink. Consumable components such as ink bottles and maintenance items are excluded unless defective. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only in the country of purchase. It excludes incidental or consequential damages. For service, contact Epson Customer Support. Epson reserves the right to update this policy. Use of genuine Epson ink is recommended to ensure coverage and optimal performance.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
