Brother provides a 01 Year limited warranty for the HL-L2365DW Auto Duplex Monochrome Laser Printer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Brother will repair or replace the defective unit free of charge through authorized service centers. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or non-Brother consumables. Toner cartridges and drum units (unless faulty) are excluded as consumables. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only in the country of purchase. It excludes incidental or consequential damages. For service, contact Brother Customer Support.
