Proof of purchase is required. Brother will repair or replace the printer free of charge if found defective. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or consumables like ink bottles and paper. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and is non-transferable. It excludes incidental or consequential damages. For warranty service, contact Brother Customer Support or return the product through an authorized dealer. Brother reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility for coverage.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
