Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

  • Keep your original invoice, warranty card & box (some claims may require the original packaging).
  • Make sure the unit is imported via ASUS’s authorised distributor.
  • For service, you can go to ASUS Bangladesh’s service centre or authorised service provider in Dhaka.
