The A4TECH HU-35 USB Headphone comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Customers must present valid proof of purchase to claim service or replacement within the warranty period.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective products can be exchanged or refunded after inspection.
